Caitlin’s passion lies in guiding others to uncover the roots of their human conditioning—the patterns and belief systems that may have trapped them in cycles of self-destruction. She believes that true transformation comes from bringing light and truth to the places of darkness you’ve encountered, allowing healing, wholeness, and self-liberation to emerge.
Through her blend of experience in physical training, somatic awareness, and holistic practice, Caitlin empowers you to step fully into your truth and create a life that is authentic, abundant, and in line with your highest good.
Who am I?
Our sessions are all about you — but in case you’d like a little background, here’s a bit about me.
I’m Caitlin, a mum of two beautiful girls, devoted to a few simple but powerful things in life: my family, movement, nature, and emotional and spiritual healing.
I grew up in Orange, NSW, within a Pentecostal community, and much of my personal journey has been about unpacking and healing from the conditioning and belief systems I witnessed there. I’m passionate about helping others do the same — to gently dissect the influences of family, community, or religion, and come to a place where you can decide what youtruly believe. My work is about guiding you into self-confidence, self-love, and self-trust, while still honoring your loved ones and values.
In 2015, I enlisted in the Australian military and served in policing, investigation, and forensics until my exit in January 2025. This time shaped me deeply and revealed the impact of operating from a highly unregulated nervous system — from physical illness to self-abandonment and challenges to my own value system. It also fueled my passion for understanding trauma, stress, and fear, and how they manifest in the body.
Movement has always been one of my greatest healing tools. From bodybuilding to powerlifting, fitness has grounded me, released stored stress, and taught me resilience. It’s a gift I now love to share with others, helping them reconnect to their bodies as a source of strength and healing.
My spiritual connection began in childhood and has only grown stronger through the experiences of my adult life. Today, I lean on it fully to navigate the seasons and challenges of life. I naturally channel messages, and at times use tarot or oracle as visual tools to support the guidance that comes through. Through working with energy, I’ve learned that manifestation is limitless when aligned with imagination and self-belief — and I’m deeply passionate about helping others discover this for themselves.
